Ovigil (chorionic gonadotropin) is a gonadotropin hormone: depending on the action for men, it is a stimulant of the production of gonadotropins (LH and FSH), then testosterone; for women – a booster in the production of progesterone in the corpus luteum and estrogen, supporting the development of the placenta, ovulation and overall pregnancy.
Ovigil (hCG), having an affinity for both types of gonadotropin receptors, has the biological properties of luteinizing and follicular stimulating hormones (LH and FSH respectively), which causes the action. However, its luteinizing activity in the body is predominant. According to this indicator, the luteinizing hormone (LH) of the anterior pituitary gland surrounds itself.
Ovigile following the use of men effectively induces the production of sex hormones, as well as spermatogenesis.
Ovigil, on the other hand, rarely causes side effects. Subject to general recommendations, it is relatively safe for humans (non-toxic and non-narcotic). And the side effects that are possible are almost identical to testosterone (due to the mechanism of action of hCG): fluid accumulation, acne, aggressiveness, increased pressure, excitability, gynecomastia and a few others.
The use of Ovigil as a restorative medication is recommended to be performed precisely as part of a steroid regimen, not under post cycle therapy. When taking PCT, gonadotropin may not give the desired result, because by that time side effects will already be formed. In other words, it is justified to introduce before the occurrence of side effects (to prevent them), and not after (for treatment).
The course of taking Ovigil can last effectively from one to several weeks (respectively, the needs and tolerance of the body). HCG injections are usually connected closer to the middle or end of the steroid cycle, but only with a real risk of side effects (such as testicular atrophy).
The recommended doses of Ovigil vary from 500 to 1,500 units per week (divided into several injections on different days). The effective dosage is selected only individually, otherwise it is insufficient or excessive (which in the 1st case threatens ineffectiveness, and in the 1st case – overlap of the positive consequences).
Before taking Ovigil for sports purposes (for restoration or development of athletics), it is recommended to examine it, consult a doctor and take tests if necessary. It is important to exclude contraindications, including: inguinal hernia, consequences of surgical procedures in the groin area, incorrect testicular position, hypersensitivity, intolerance and others.
The drug Ovigil (Gonadotropin) in violation of the dosage and duration of use can cause the following side effects: headache; weakness and fatigue; irritability; Depression allergic reactions; breast enlargement swelling; swelling and pain at the injection site.
